If your phone cannot turn on, touch screen is non-responsive, home button non-functional, screen flashing, lines on screen, and etc. after installation, please follow these steps:
1. Inspect all flex cables to ensure they are in good condition
2. Disconnect and reconnect all flex cables from the motherboard
3. Perform a soft rest of your iPhone 7 Plus by holding down both the Power button and Home button for approximately 15 seconds. Wait for a few minutes before turning the phone back on or reconnect your battery.
